While Monarq Studio strives for absolute accuracy in our project representations and spatial modeling, all digital renders, color swatches, and design mocks are visual representations. Physical event execution may vary slightly based on real-world venue constraints, lighting, print production, and material availability.
ELIGIBILITY & WHO MAY USE THE WEBSITE
This Website is intended solely for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a company, event planning entity, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
A. Proprietary Rights & Ownership
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed, separate client agreement, Monarq Studio owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website, including its underlying code, site designs, layouts, graphics, branding, custom monograms, text, logos (including the "MS" Monogram and Cormorant Garamond wordmark), 3D spatial renderings, custom templates, and photography (collectively, the "Company Content"). Company Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
B. Client & Visitor License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Website and its public Content strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any Company Content without our prior written consent.
C. Third-Party & Free Stock Media
Certain imagery, textures, stock photography, or background elements used on this Website or within early-stage client moodboards may be sourced under free copyright licenses (such as Unsplash, Pexels, or Creative Commons Zero) or licensed through third-party stock providers. Monarq Studio does not claim exclusive copyright over these third-party underlying raw stock elements, but retains full copyright over the unique, combined compilation and bespoke designs created from them.
SERVICES, INQUIRIES, & PAYMENT METHODS
A. Website Offerings & Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through our pre-consultation form or client portal does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee service availability. Monarq Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any event booking at its sole discretion.

B. Formal Client Agreements
Bespoke design services, 3D spatial modeling, and live social media coverage are governed by separate, formal service contracts ("Client Service Agreements"). In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement, the terms of the signed Client Service Agreement shall control.

C. Accepted Payment Methods
When paying for consultations, portal deposits, or service installments, accepted payment methods may include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), bank transfers (ACH), and designated online portal processors. You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method and authorize Monarq Studio to charge the full amount for selected services.
RIGHT TO MODIFY OFFERINGS & PRICES
Monarq Studio reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website, services, or packages.
Update pricing for future service offerings, consultation rates, or package structures.
Correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in descriptions or pricing.
WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

USER ACCOUNTS & CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS

If you are granted access to the Monarq Studio Client Lounge/Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
